Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Laukolo St., for its entire length (City portion).”

“Waimano Home Rd., between Hoomalu St. and Kamehameha Hwy.”

b. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

“Hoomalu St-Waimano Home Rd. Traffic on Hoomalu St., shall stop before entering Waimano Home Rd.”

“Kepola Pl-Pali Hwy. Traffic on Kepola Pl. shall stop before entering Pali Hwy.”

“Luehu St-Waimano Home Rd. Traffic on Luehu St. shall stop before entering Waimano Home Rd.”

“Nanakai St-Waimano Home Rd. Traffic on Nanakai St. shall stop before entering Waimano Home Rd.”

“Wahinani St-Waimano Home Rd. Traffic on Wahinani St. shall stop before entering Waimano Home Rd.”

c. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, between Kihei Pl. and the channelized right-turn lane onto Harding Ave.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, between Kaimuki Ave. and Harding Ave.”

d. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kamamalu Ave., Ewa side, distance 142’ makai direction from a pt. 375’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Madeira St.”

“Laukalo St., Kahuku leg, makai side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

“Wailele Rd., mauka side, distance 100’ northerly direction from the northern curb prolongation of William Henry Rd.”

“Waimano Home Rd., Koko Head side, distance 120’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Nanakai St.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Day Pl., makai side, for its entire length; to read:

“Day Pl., makai side and including its turnaround area.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kamamalu Ave., Ewa side, between Pole No. 10 approximately 50’ makai of 1661 Kamamalu St. and 1662 Kamamalu St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXIII of Sec. 15-14.5(b) establishing prohibited loading and unloading by adding thereto the following item:

“Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, between Kihei Pl. and the channelized right-turn lane onto Harding Ave.”

f. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by amending thereto the following item:

Kapahulu Ave., (1 hr.). Koko Head side, between Harding and Mooheau Aves.; to read:

“Kapahulu Ave., (1 hr.) Koko Head side, between Mooheau Ave. and Kihei Pl.”

g. By amending Schedule XXVIII of Sec. 15-17.2(d) establishing restricted pedestrians crossing roadways by adding thereto the following item:

“Waimano Home Rd., the unmarked crosswalk across Waimano Home Rd. on the makai side of the intersection of Waimano Home Rd. and Hoolaulea St.”

h. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones by adding thereto the following item:

Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, between Harding and Mooheau Aves; to read:

“Kapahulu Ave., Koko Head side, between Mooheau Ave. and Kihei Pl.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
