The proposed zone change requests are available for viewing at the Department of Planning and Permitting or online at www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/Zone Changes.aspx. Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing. Fifteen (15) copies of written testimony should be filed with the Planning Commission at least forty-eight (48) hours before the date of the public hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony.
