EACH OF YOU ARE NOTIFIED that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 467, the Real Estate Commission will conduct a hearing in cases REC 2010-114-L; REC 2010-115-L; REC 2010-116-L; REC 2010-117-L; REC 2010-118-L; REC 2010-129-L; REC 2010-130-L; REC 2010-132-L; REC 2010-160-L; and REC 2010-161-L. These ten cases have been consolidated into a single proceeding and the hearing will occur in accordance with the law to determine whether your real estate broker licenses should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed. Each Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Real Estate Licenses; Demand For Disclosure To Respondents for these ten cases were filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings (hereafter “OAH”) on or about 10/10/13. The ten Petitions allege facts and violations, by each of you, of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and/or 467 and/or the related administrative rules.

The HEARING will be conducted on February 4, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. The HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
