Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Lehia St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours by amending thereto the following item:

Iwilei Rd., Ewa side, distance 870’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Sumner St.; to read:

“Iwilei Rd., Ewa side, between Sumner and Pacific Sts.”

c. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

N. School St., mauka side, distance 20’ Ewa direction from a point 162’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Frog Ln.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Iwilei Rd., Koko Head side, between Pacific and Kuwili Sts.; to read:

“Iwilei Rd., Koko Head side, from Pacific St. to a point 543’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Sumner St.”

Niolopua Dr., makai side, distance 113’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaohinani Dr.; to read:

“Niolopua Dr., makai side, distance 50’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kaohinani Dr.”

d. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by amending thereto the following item:

Kahala Ave., makai side, distance 150’ Koko Head direction from a point 64’ Ewa of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Elepaio St.; to read:

“Kahala Ave., makai side, distance 150’ Koko Head direction from a point 82’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Elepaio St.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
