NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., on DECEMBER 20, 2013, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, 811 Middle Street, Building C, Mezzanine Level, Honolulu, Hawaii for the furnishing and installation of ABOVE GROUND STORAGE TANK at the Pearl City Bus Facility, Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
