YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Hawaii Medical Board will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B and 453 to determine whether or not MARK A. FORTUNE, D.O.’s medical license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against him and/or his medical license. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against License to Practice Medicine, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about May 22, 2013, alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 453, and, of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 16-89.
The HEARING will be conducted on February 25, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
