PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, partially submerged and reclaimed lands of Puamana, Lahaina, Maui. This lease will be in the form of a 55-year term, non-exclusive easement document. The Grantee is to use, maintain, repair, replace, and remove existing seawalls, footings, and concrete groin over, under, and across State-owned land seaward of Puamana, Lahaina, Maui.
