Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule III of Sec. 15-6.3 establishing right/left turns on red by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Koko Head-Waialae. No right turn from Waialae Ave. into Koko Head Ave. in the mauka direction.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Lunalilo Home Rd., from Hawaii Kai Dr. to its terminus at Kolokolo St.”

c. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Campbell Ave., mauka side, distance 70’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Brokaw St.”

“Ekela Ave., Koko Head side, distance 75’ mauka direction from a point 161’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Winam Ave. and including its terminus.”

“Ekela Ave., Ewa side, distance 71’ mauka direction from a point 165’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Winam Ave.”

“Kikepa St., western side, distance 53’ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Maiau St., Monday and Thursday, until refuse is collected.”

“Kikepa St., eastern side, for its entire length, Monday and Thursday, until refuse is collected.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Campbell Ave., mauka side, dist.65’ Koko Head direction starting from Koko Head curb prolongation of Brokaw St.; to read:

“Campbell Ave., mauka side, dist. 40’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Brokaw St.”

Kaimuki Municipal ParkingLot (Block 1), along the mauka driveway between Koko Head Ave. and Tenth Ave.; to read:

“Kaimuki Municipal Parking Lot (Block 1), mauka entrance, both sides between Koko Head Ave. and Twelfth Ave.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Campbell Ave., makai side, between Castle St. and Brokaw St.”

“Kikepa St., both sides, for its entire length, Tuesday and Friday, until refuse is collected.”

“Waipio Uka St., Koko Head side, distance 44’ makai direction from the makai side of driveway of Manawa Pl.”

d. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) subsection (a) passenger loading zone by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Nehoa St., makai side, distance 70’ Ewa direction from a point 35’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Keeaumoku St., 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sundays.”

e. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by adding thereto the following items:

“Hui Iwa St., Makapuu (southern) side, distance 150’ makai (easterly) direction from a point 300’ makai of the makai (eastern) curb prolongation of Hui Aeko St.”

“Hui Iwa St., Makapuu (southern) side, distance 135’ makai (easterly) direction from a point 135’ mauka (westerly) direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Hui Aeko St.”

“Hui Iwa St., Makapuu (southern) side, distance 150’ makai (easterly) direction from a point approximately 230’ makai of the makai (eastern) curb prolongation of Halemanu St.”

“Hui Iwa St., Makapuu (southern) side, distance 150’ makai (easterly) direction from a point approximately 265’ mauka of the mauka (western) curb prolongation of Halemanu St.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
