Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Kalakaua Ave. No left turn from Kalakaua Ave. into the driveway of 1315 Kalakaua Ave. in the makai direction.”

b. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaahumanu St-Komo Mai Dr. Mauka bound traffic making a right turn into Komo Mai Dr. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Komo Mai Dr.”

c. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Auhuhu St., mauka side, from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Akepa St. to a point 297’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Akepa St.”

“Auhuhu St., mauka side, from the Ewa curb prolongation of Akepa St. to a point 55’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Akepa St.”

“Auhuhu St., makai side, from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Amoomoo St. to a point 137’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Akepa St.”

“Koohoo Pl., within its undefined 65’ length turnaround area which commences from a point approximately 1165’ Makapuu of the mauka curb prolongation of Aalapapa Dr.”

“N. Kuakini St., makai side, distance 68’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Aipaako St.”

“Uluohia St., southwestern side, distance 85’ northwesterly direction from the southeastern property line of Haumea St.”

“Uluohia St., northeastern side, distance 45’ northwesterly direction from the northwestern curb prolongation of Haumea St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kuakini St., makai side, distance 70’ Koko Head direction from point 80’ Koko Head of Koko Head curb prolongation Aipaako St. AM/PM peaks; to read:

“N. Kuakini St., makai side, distance 47’ Koko Head direction from a point 68’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation, during the AM/PM peak hours.”

Kuakini St., makai side, distance 140’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Liliha St.; to read:

“N. Kuakini St., makai side, distance 153’ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Liliha St.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Auhuhu St., makai side, distance 385’ Koko Head direction from a point 156’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Amoomoo St.”

d. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones subsection (b) by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kalakaua Ave., Koko Head side, distance 42’ mauka direction from a point 74’ mauka of mauka curb prolongation of Young St.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
