PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, a portion of the reclaimed (filled) land of Kamaole, situated at Makawao, Maui. This lease will be in the form of a 55-year term, non-exclusive easement document. The Grantee has the right, privilege and authority to use, maintain, repair, replace and remove the existing seawall situated seaward of Kamaole, Makawao, Maui, Hawaii.
