INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to sections 171-53(b) and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to lease directly to the abutting owner, without recourse to public auction, reclaimed (filled) land as noted below:

The lease will be in the form of a 55-year, non-exclusive easement document for seawall and filled land purposes.
