NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on, JULY 26, 2013 in the Office of the Purchasing Division, Building C Mezzanine Level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 to furnish and deliver of SEASONAL U- PASS LABELS for Oahu Transit Services, Inc.
Pursuant to Section 7, SUBMISSION OF BID, of the General Instructions to Bidders, copies of bids transmitted directly to OTS Purchasing Division via facsimile machine or e-mail shall not be acceptable.
The bidder’s attention is directed to Section 103D-1003, H.R.S., as amended, which provides for preference of printing, binding, and stationery work performed within the State.
