1. A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990, AS AMENDED (THE LAND USE ORDINANCE), RELATING TO TEMPORARY SHELTERS

Resolution No. 12-74, CD1, Relating to Temporary Shelters: Revise the “Dwellings and Lodgings” in Land Use Ordinance Table 21-3 (Master Use Table) to include “temporary shelters” as a permitted use within the AG-1 Restricted Agricultural and AG-2 General Agricultural Districts, subject to standards in Article 5 of the LUO.

2. NORTH SHORE – ZONE CHANGE REQUEST-2013/Z-4 (MW)

Land Area: Applicant’s proposal: Approximately 576.435 acres
Department of Planning and Permitting’s
Proposal: Approximately 3.880 acres
Request: The applicant requested a change in zoning from AG-1 Restricted Agricultural District to R-3.5, A-2, BMX-3, B-1, IMX-1, and P-2 with varying height limits. In conjunction with the Applicant’s proposal, the Department of Planning and Permitting is also requesting a change in zoning from AG-1 to P-2.

Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing. Fifteen (15) copies of written testimony should be filed with the Planning Commission at least two business days before the date of the public hearing.
