The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on June 5, 2013 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 13-16 [Bill 13 (2013)] – To amend the Revised Ordinances of Honolulu 1990, as amended , relating to fees for certain permits and services administered by the Department of Planning and Permitting.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Chang, Fukunaga, Harimoto, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Pine – 9.
