PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO EXCHANGE LANDS

Pursuant to Sections 171-50 and 171-16(d), Hawaii Revised Statutes; and House Concurrent Resolution No. 25, adopted by the Twenty-Seventh Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2013, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of 4.971 acres of State land situate in Nuuanu, Honolulu, Oahu, by exchange.
Information related to this proposed land exchange may be reviewed during regular office hours at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Land Division, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 220, Honolulu, Hawaii. To request information in an alternate format, call 587-0419.
