Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #13-09A from Franciscan Care Services for the acquisition of 52 Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) beds located at 2226 Liliha Street, Honolulu, Hawaii from St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii and St. Francis Medical Center, at a capital cost of $4,706,352 and #13-10A from Pali Momi Medical Center for the addition of 2 Medical Surgical beds, at a capital cost of $60,000. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice.
