DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM
Federal Fiscal Year 2014 to 2016 Overall Goal

Pursuant to Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26, notice is hereby given that the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation (HDOT), is proposing a DBE goal of 42.55% for the Airports Division. This proposed goal is based on the DBE participation anticipated and the annual funds HDOT receives from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration.

The proposed goal and its methodology are available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except state holidays, for 30 calendar days following the date of this notice at the following address:

Written comments on the goal may be submitted to the above address for a period of 45 calendar days following the date of this notice.
