Pursuant to Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations Part 26, PARTICIPATION BY
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu has established the following:

A description of how the goal was established is available for public inspection during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of this notice at:
