The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on June 5, 2013, passed the following bills on Second Reading by the votes indicated:

BILL 65 (2012), CD1 – To adopt the revised ’Ewa Development Plan for the City and County of Honolulu.

BILL 28 (2013), CD1 – Relating to smoking.
