Certificate of Need

The Agency has received certificate of need application #13-04 for standard review from Kokua Ambulance, LLC for the establishment of Surface Ambulance services at 1020 Auahi Street, Bldg. 2, Bays 1 and 2, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $1,150,000. The Certificate of Need Review Panel meeting and review of the application will be held as follows:
June 7, 2013, 9:00 a.m., State Office Tower (Leiopapa) Building, 235 South Beretania Street, Room 405, Honolulu, Hawaii.
