Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) by adding thereto the following item:

“Pauoa Rd-Nuuanu Ave. Traffic on Pauoa Rd. turning right into Nuuanu Ave. in the mauka direction shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Nuunau Ave.”

b. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Haumea St., southeastern side, distance 116’ southwesterly direction from the southwestern curb prolongation of Manawai St.”

“Haumea St., southwestern side, distance 110’ northeasterly direction from a point approximately 353’ northeast of the northeastern curb prolongation of Wakea St.”

“Nehoa St., makai side, distance 66’ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Kewalo St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Haumea St., mauka side, distance 139’ Waianae direction from a point 237’ Waianae of the Waianae curb prolongation of Manawai St.; to read:

“Haumea St., northwestern side, distance 190’ southwesterly direction from a point 237’ southwest of the southwestern curb prolongation of Manawai St.”

Kaheka St., Koko Head side, distance 290’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Makaloa St.; to read:

“Kaheka St., Koko Head side, distance 300’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Makaloa St.”

Manawai St., southwestern side, from the northwestern curb prolongation of Haumea St. to a point 87’ northwesterly direction; to read:

“Manawai St., southwestern side, distance 97’ northwesterly direction from the northwestern curb prolongation of Haumea St.”

Manawai St., northeastern side, distance 125’ northwesterly direction from a point 20’ southeast of the southeastern curb prolongation of Haumea St.; to read:

“Manawai St., northeastern side, distance 309’ northwesterly direction from a point 204’ southeast of the southeastern curb prolongation of Haumea St.”

c. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones by amending thereto subsection (a) passenger loading zone the following item:

Nehoa St., makai side, distance 44’ Ewa direction from point 33’ Ewa of Ewa curb prolongation of Keeaumoku St., 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sundays; to read:

“Nehoa St., makai side, distance 70’ Ewa direction from a point 35’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Keeaumoku St., 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Sundays.”

d. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kipapa Dr., eastern side, distance 145’ northerly direction from a point 733’ north of the northern curb prolongation of Kuahelani Ave. (western intersection).”

“Kipapa Dr., western side, distance 150’ northerly direction from a point 810’ north of the northern curb prolongation of Kuahelani Ave. (western intersection).”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kaheka St., Koko Head side, distance 150’ makai direction from a point 200’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Kanunu St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by adding thereto the following item:

Manawai St., (2 hrs.) both sides, between Kamokila Blvd. and a point 190’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Haumea St., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays; to read:

“Manawai St., (2 hrs.) both sides, between Kamokila Blvd. and Kamaaha Ave. 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. , Monday to Friday except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

f. By amending Schedule XXVII of Sec. 15-17.1 establishing crosswalks by adding thereto the following item:

“Haumea St., 10’ wide, at Palailai Pedestrian Mall.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
