COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME),
HEARTH ACT EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (HESG), AND
HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAMS
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG, HOME, HESG, and HOPWA programs, the following is provided for your information. The City is proposing to amend its Draft Nineteenth (19th) Year Action Plan to include its policies and procedures for administering the Downpayment Loan, Rehabilitation Loan, Tenant Based Rental Assistance, Loan Conversion and Department of Community Services – Capital Improvement Projects programs, and proposed projects for the HESG program, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The proposed amendment to the Draft Nineteenth (19th) Year Action Plan is available for review at the Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Room 208, Honolulu, Hawaii and on the City’s website at http://www1.honolulu.gov/budget/cdbg.htm.
Interested parties are invited to review the proposed amendment to the City’s Draft Nineteenth (19th) Year Action Plan and submit written comments by May 16, 2013, to: Holly Kawano, Federal Grants Coordinator; Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu, 530 South King Street, Room 208, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 or by email to bfscdbgmail@honolulu.gov.
