Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following item:

Keanae St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Kainui Dr., for its entire length.”

c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Kapiolani Blvd. No left turn from Kapiolani Blvd. into both the Ewa and Koko Head driveways of the Pacifica Honolulu condominium at 1009 Kapiolani Blvd.”

d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kainui Dr-N. Kalaheo Ave. Traffic on Kainui Dr. shall stop before entering N. Kalaheo Ave.”

“Keanae St-Moanalua Rd. Traffic on Keanae St. shall stop before entering Moanalua Rd.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kainui Dr-Oneawa St. Traffic on Kainui Dr. shall stop before entering Oneawa St.”

e. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kalenakai Pl., within its turnaround area.”

“Palolo Ave. (Pukele Bridge), makai side, distance approximately 53’ Koko Head direction from a point approximately 20’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Palolo Pl.”

“Palolo Ave., mauka side, distance approximately 67’ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Palolo Pl.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Claudine St., mauka side, between 16th Ave. and Board of Water Supply’s service road; to read:

“Claudine St., mauka side, distance approximately 205’ Ewa direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of 16th Ave.”

Magazine St., Koko Head side, distance approximately 25’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Thurston St.; to read:

“Magazine St., Koko Head side, distance 40’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Thurston St.”

f. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones by amending thereto subsection (b) freight loading zones the following item:

Kalihi St., Ewa side, distance 30’ makai direction from point 30’ makai of makai curb prolongation Republican St.; to read:

“Kalihi St., Ewa side, distance 45’ makai direction from a point 60’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of RepublicanSt.”

g. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-18.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by amending thereto the following item:

Kainui Dr., both sides, for its entire length, during the hours 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; to read:

“Kainui Dr., both sides, for its entire length.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
