The Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on certificate of need application #12-29A: Hawaii PET Imaging, L.L.C. for the expansion of its X-ray services to 1401 S. Beretania Street, Suite 107, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $250,000. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at State Office Tower (Leiopapa) Building, 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, Hawaii. Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
