NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commissioner of Securities of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has filed with The Circuit Court of the First Circuit a Non-Hearing Application for Judgment Enforcing Commissioner’s Final Order issued on August 8, 2012, by the Commissioner of Securities. Any response to said Non-Hearing Application shall be filed with the Circuit Court of the First Circuit for the State of Hawaii at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, pursuant to HRS §§ 485-23 and 485A-609, in the manner provided by HRS Chapter 91.
