STATE OF HAWAII The positions listed below are Exempt from Civil Service CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR
Duties: Conducts investigative activities in detection of violations of State of Hawaii tax laws, rules, and regs. The incumbent may perform undercover and surveillance activities. Position possesses police powers. Required Education: College degree with at least 15 semester credits hrs. in accounting or equivalent experience Desirable Experience: Journey Level: Five years investigative experience in either Federal and/or State criminal tax laws, involving interrogation and surveillance and which demonstrated knowledge of rules and evidence, search and seizure laws and laws of arrest.
