NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF
IMPOUNDED VESSELS
Notice is given that the following vessels: Item No. 1252, “LIKEPU III”, Doc. No 576466, a 32’ fiberglass power boat; Item No. 1253, No Name, Reg. No HA 6599 F, a 24’ fiberglass powerboat; Item No. 1254, “WESTERN WATERS”, No registration numbers, 36’ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1255, No Name, No registration numbers, a 30’ fiberglass powerboat; Item No. 1256, No Name, No registration numbers, a 27’ fiberglass mold for a powerboat; Item No. 1257, No Name, No registration numbers, a 21’ fiberglass sailing vessel, Item No. 1258, “KANE KAI”, No registration numbers, a 36’ fiberglass powerboat, Item No. 1259, No Name, No registration numbers, a 21’ fiberglass powerboat, Item No. 1260, No Name, No registration numbers, a 42’ wood powerboat, Item No. 1261, No Name, No registration numbers, a 21’ fiberglass sailing vessel, Item No. 1262, No Name, No registration numbers, a 21’ fiberglass sailing vessel, Item No. 1263, No Name, No registration numbers, a 44’ fiberglass powerboat; has been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road #19, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.
Vessel Item No’s. 1252, 1253, 1254, 1255, 1256, 1257, 1258, 1259, 1260, 1261, 1262 and 1263 shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-48, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to November 20, 2012 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with the vessel.
An owner of personal property on or within these impounded vessels may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within these impounded vessels not claimed by November 20, 2012 shall be disposed of as junk. These vessels are under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Trespassing is prohibited.
