DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE)
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION IN PROJECTS
FUNDED BY THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION
FOR FFY 2013, 2014, 2015
Pursuant to Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations Part 26, PARTICIPATION BY DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, notice is hereby given that the City and County of Honolulu has established an overall DBE goal of nine (9) percent.
A description of how the goal was established is available for public inspection during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a period of 30 days following the date of this notice at:

Comments on the goal will be accepted at the above address for a period of 45 days following the date of this notice.
