Serves as Division Chief; provides overall direction & guidance in the provision of various programs & services and in planning, organizing, directing & coordinating statewide operations of prevention, intervention & treatment services. Temporary appointment. Req. bachelor’s degree; and 1-½ yrs. analytical work in gathering, evaluating, analyzing info to resolve problems & recommend appropriate action. In addition, 3 yrs. exp. in planning, coordination, development, monitoring, evaluation of programs related to prevention, intervention & treatment of alcohol & drug abuse, incl. 1 yr. comparable to Program Specialist (Substance Abuse) IV in State service.
