NOTICE TO DEVELOPERS
(Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes)
The HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HHFDC) is requesting proposals from interested persons for the development that incorporates both vacant parcels located at:
WILIKINA DRIVE MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL DEVELOPMENT
WAHIAWA, OAHU, HAWAII
Tax Map Key No.: (1) 7-3-012:015 being .25 acres (10,800 sq. ft.) and
Tax Map Key No.: (1) 7-3-013:009 being 2.34 acres
The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to produce an affordable multi-family, two (2) bedroom rental housing project while utilizing the least amount of State of Hawaii resources.
Copies of the RFP may be examined at HHFDC’s office and parties may obtain a copy for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 which must be paid by cashier’s or certified check only. HHFDC office is located at:

An informational meeting on this RFP will be held in the HHFDC Boardroom at 10:30 a.m. on August 17, 2010.
