NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: PROPERTY NETWORK, LTD. and ROBERT M. SMITH

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Real Estate Commission will conduct a hearing, in cases REC 2009-128-L and REC 2009-154-L in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 467 to determine whether your real estate broker’s licenses should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Real Estate Broker’s Licenses alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 467.

A pre-hearing conference will be held on July 19, 2010. The HEARING will be conducted on August 24, 2010. The pre-hearing conference and HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
