STATE OF HAWAII DISTRICT EDUCATIONAL SPECIALIST II – LITERACY LEADER/CONTENT SPECIALIST, KAILUA COMPLEX. POSITION NO. 76298. This position is located in the Windward district on the island of Oahu. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in education with specialization in one or more subject matters appropriate to the areas of assignment. Six (6) years of responsible work experience in education of which four (4) years shall have been in teaching, and two (2) years in curriculum and/or special program services. SALARY RANGE: EOSR-7, $77,069 to $109,099. Department of Education certificated employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations.
