The City and County of Honolulu will sell at Public Auction to be held at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu at 10:30 a.m., September 14, 2009, a surface easement consisting of 77 square feet, over the City’s Waialii Stream Drainage Channel, Tax Map Key No. 3-6-023:18, for sewer line purposes only.
The terms and conditions of the sale of the surface easement to be observed and performed by the purchaser thereof, are on file and available for public inspection at the Property Management and Disposal Section of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu, City Hall, 530 South King Street, Room 115.
