COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME),
EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS (ESG) AND
HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAMS
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG, HOME, ESG and HOPWA programs, the following is provided for your information. The following revision to the project description is being proposed for implementation.
Project Title and Description: Volunteer Legal Services – Housing Support Legal Program (PS). Provision of funds for staffing for the Housing Support Legal Program that provides legal workshops for persons in emergency and transitional shelters and neighborhood legal clinics for low- and moderate-income persons.
