NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: DIANA HEEJIN PARK

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Real Estate Commission will conduct a hearing, in cases REC 2004-65-L, REC 2004-90-L and REC 2004-234-L in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 467 to determine whether your real estate salesperson’s license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Real Estate Salesperson’s License was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on April 3, 2009 alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 467, and, Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 99.

A pre-hearing conference will be held on Oct. 5, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. The HEARING will be conducted on Nov. 10, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. The pre-hearing conference and HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.

You have the right to appear on your own or with legal counsel at all stages of these proceedings. Please direct all inquiries to the undersigned Hearings Officer at P.O.
