Non-Civil Service Position

This position will provide leadership necessary to ensure a coordinated, statewide approach to defining the burden of heart disease & stroke, and for developing and implementing strategies to reduce this burden. This position is responsible for the overall planning, development, management and evaluation of the Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention Program. Applicants should have demonstrated experience working with a wide range of public and private agencies. Knowledge of Hawaii’s diverse populations, communities and health care system is also desired.
