NOTICE TO OFFERORS
(Chapter 103D, HRS)

OFFER FORMS to provide election services for the Board of Trustees of the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (ERS) will be available from and received at the Employees’ Retirement System, 201 Merchant Street, Suite 1400, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Offer forms will be available from 8:30 a.m., Hawaii Standard Time (HST), July 22, 2009. Completed offer forms must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., HST, August 11, 2009.

Interested parties may request a copy of Invitation For Bids No. IFB 2009-01 by telephone (808) 586-1662, by facsimile (808) 587-5766, or at the ERS office (address above). Please include in your request all pertinent information (i.e., Name of Firm, Address, Contact Name and Telephone Number, etc.) required to send the IFB. All interested parties will be assessed a fee of $25 made payable to the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii to receive a copy of this Invitation For Bids. Interested parties may, without charge, inspect a copy of this Invitation For Bids at the ERS office (address above).
