NOTICE FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FEDERAL-AID HIGHWAY FUND PROJECT
Pursuant to the provisions of HRS 103D, the County of Kaua`i hereby provides public notice to invite persons engaged in the professional services listed below to submit current statements of qualifications and expressions of interest for the fiscal year 2009 – 2010:

`OPAEKA`A BRIDGE REPAIR/REPLACEMENT
FEDERAL AID HIGHWAY FUNDED PROJECT
DISTRICT OF KAPA`A, ISLAND OF KAUA`I
The County of Kaua`i is seeking professional services to prepare plans and specifications for repair, rehabilitation, restoration and/or replacement of the existing steel truss bridge. Work will include environmental assessment, preliminary engineering, permitting, construction plans, specifications, and estimates and technical support of right-of-way acquisitions. Services will include community outreach and resolution of conflicts by application of context sensitive solution approach.
