NOTICE OF HEARING

TO: ROBERT A. SCARPITTO,
doing business as VIKING POOLS MID-VALLEY, INC.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Contractors License Board will conduct a hearing, in case CLB 2007-115-L, in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 92, 436B and 444 to determine whether ROBERT A. SCARPITTO, doing business as VIKING POOLS MID-VALLEY, INC.’s contractors license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines, restitution and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed. The Petition For Disciplinary Action Against Contractor’s License was filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about March 18, 2009 and they allege violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 444, and, Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 77.

A pre-hearing conference will be held on August 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. The HEARING will be conducted on September 3, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. The pre-hearing conference and HEARING will take place in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
