PUBLIC NOTICE OF CATTLE TRESPASS
ON THE ISLAND OF KAUAI
The Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources hereby informs the public of cattle trespass in the Puu Ka Pele Forest Reserve on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Any cattle found within these boundaries are subject to actions specified in HRS-183-19 which include removing, shooting or destroying the cattle without compensation to any owner.
This is a 30 day notice to ranchers and/or landowners to remove cattle from the Puu Ka Pele Forest Reserve.
Any cattle found within the Puu Ka Pele Forest Reserve 30 days after this published notice may be subject to removal, shooting or destruction. For further information, call the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Kauai Division of Forestry and Wildlife at 808-274-3433.
