Destruction of Special Education Records

The Department of Education is planning to destroy the special education records that are no longer required for those students who graduated with a diploma in 2006 or turned 20 years old prior to the start of the 2006-2007 school year. For those who would like to keep their records, arrangements for pickup must be made by calling their respective district office no later than Friday, August 28, 2009.
