OFFER FORMS To Operate a Bank Branch Facility At the University of Hawaii at Manoa, will be available from and received at the OFFICE OF STUDENT LIFE AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII AT MANOA, 2465 CAMPUS ROAD, CAMPUS CENTER ROOM 208, HONOLULU, HI 96822, and must be submitted no later than 2:30 p,m., July 20, 2009. Offers received after the time and date fixed for submission will not be considered.

Offerors located outside the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, USA, may request an official copy of the Call for Offers to be sent via U.S. Postal Service by providing the offeror’s name, address, contact person and telephone number. If express shipment is desired, requests must be submitted in writing with an account number, BILLABLE TO THE RECEIVER, and an authorized signature.
