The Agency has received certificate of need application #08-12 from B.C.P. Inc., dba Nursefinders of Maui, for the establishment of home health agency services at 2200 Main Street, #650, Wailuku, Maui, at a capital cost of $125,000.
The Tri-Isle Subarea Health Planning Council application review will be held on June 26, 2009, 12:00 Noon, at J. Walter Cameron Center Auditorium, 95 Mahalani Street, Wailuku, Maui.
Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
