Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

Public Hearing

Notice is hearby given of proposed rulemaking by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBOR), to repeal section 13-242-13 of Title 13, Subtitle 11, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR), Section 200-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), and the Hawaii Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 91, HRS.

The proposed amendment will repeal section 13-242-13 in its entirety. The proposed date of repeal is June 25, 2009.

A copy of the proposed rule change will be made available for public viewing from the first working day that the legal notice appears in the Honolulu Star Bulletin, Hawaii Tribune Herald, West Hawaii Today, The Maui News, and The Garden Island, through the thirtieth day following the date of publication, from Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., at the following locations: Oahu District, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu ,Hawaii 96813, (808) 832-3521; Hawaii District, 74-380 Kealakehe Parkway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740 (808) 329-4997; Kauai District, 4370 Kukui Grove Street, Suite 109, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, (808) 245-8028; Maui District, 210 Imi Kala Drive, Suite 205, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793, (808) 243-5824.
