The Certificate of Need Review Panel review for this application is scheduled for April 30, 2009, 10 a.m., Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc., 99 Mahalani Street, Wailuku, Maui.
Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
