have invld. the plng., design &/or mgmt. of solid waste disposal syst.;
incl. or suppl. by 2 yrs. of admin. exper. (2) Poss. of a motor veh. oper.
license valid in the State of HI. (equiv. to HI Type 3); & a cert. of regis. as
a prof. civil or sanitary engr. in the State of HI (Present or submit copies
of license & cert. of regis.)
