The Agency has received certificate of need application #08-24 for standard review from Hawaii Victoria Hospice Services Inc. for the establishment of Hospice Services at 15-1671 16th Street, Keaau, Hawaii, at a capital cost of $49,000.
The April 8, 2009, Certificate of Need Review Panel meeting has been cancelled and will be rescheduled to a later date. Public notice of the rescheduled meeting date, time and place will be provided in accordance with Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 186, in advance of the rescheduled meeting.
Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
