Serves as Chief Accountant & maintains central accounting system for all department funds & transactions. Supervises the accounting, procurement, audit (including payroll and vouchering), contracts & Random Moment activities, and performs other duties as required. Req. bachelor’s degree incl. 12 credits in accounting and/or auditing subjects; 3-½ yrs. of professional accounting or auditing exp. which may have included teaching accounting at the university level; and 1 yr. of either professional accounting/ auditing supervisory exp., or specialist exp. comparable to the V level in State service.
