The State of Hawaii, Department of the Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Insurance Division, under the direction of the Insurance Commissioner, is actively seeking a qualified individual to fill its exempt Deputy Insurance Commissioner & Captive Insurance Administrator position. The duties include overseeing all aspects of the administration of the captive insurance program including the licensing, regulation and development of the captive insurance industry in the State of Hawaii, which is the second largest domicile in the U.S. and tenth largest in the world.
