YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Activity Desk Program and Travel Agency Program will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) Chapters 91, 468L and 468M to determine whether or not your activity desk registration and travel agency registration should be revoked or suspended, or whether other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petitions allege violations of Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 436B, 468L and 468M.
The hearing will be conducted on May 5, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., in the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ Hearings Room on the 1st Floor of the King Kalakaua Building, 335 Merchant Street, Honolulu, Hawaii.
